hi I cook my twins vege and meat and freeze separatelty. I have these col containers that perfectly fit a meal for them to share, later they will get a container each that is for vege. these containers orginally came with little compartments( detactable) that i use to freeze meat but I find to use i have to defrost to remoe the meat therefore can't move out frozen meat put in a bag still in freezer then reuse the compartments. does any one use ice cube trays that u can flick out frozen meat cubes? so far i give them beef mince (lean) and chicken mince. any tips on what fish to have? (even if tinned or fresh?
